In Sweden and Finland I know they offer a free education to all that go there and have classes that you can take in English but they require you to be proficient in their languages.
I am particularly wondering if Austria gives lectures in English? I know it is free to European citizens.

I’m an Asian undergraduate. in my country, there isn’t anything like that. The reason may we we are a developing country. so no free education for out side world. but offer some scholarships.i’m from sri lanka.
