Computer programmers/developers – the majority will have a 3-4 year Computer Science degree or Computer Engineering degree. Some will have a 2 year diploma – and they’re still good – but there will be more emphasis on work experience for a while for those people.
In high school – computer courses, obviously – and then Math would be the second choice. However, you’re not going to learn a ton in high school that will get you far ahead for university/college.
And in high school, do not – repeat – do not neglect English courses. The amount of programmers I’ve worked with that cannot write well, and cannot communicate is embarrassingly high. If you want a leg up on those, make sure you can write clearly – and communicate well. Developers can also progress into other careers such as business analyst, and management – where having a coding background is good.
I have to say your question had correct punctuation – which around here is rare

Read Malcolm Gladwell’s book “Outliers.” He makes the point that experience counts for any kind of work, especially one like software development.
In high school, focus on your math and physics classes. If you can take AP Computer Science, do so. Make sure you do OK in the classes, like English, where you learn to read and write prose (the days of computer programmers that “can’t write” are over; those jobs have all moved overseas).
Get involved in some open source project that interests you.

From My Opinion I think that for computer programmer you should have a degree with you .For this you can prefer B.tech,BCA or some diploma course like DOEACC.
