Hello. When you load a youtube video, does it make a temp file anywhere? (so u can save it to documents intead of downloading it through other sites)

Can anyone tell me how to make and put videos on youtube? is there a program you can download to record videos from the computer instead of like using a camera or video recorders?

What are some really funny videos out there on YouTube. Or just any that you think are very interesting. Best one in my opinion will get 10 points.
